Connecting for Good Classes at the Linwood Computer Lab

Our goal is to help promote digital literacy and help bridge what is known as the Digital Divide. Low-income citizens are often unable to afford computers and lack access to digital skills. Connecting For Good offers free classes that teach people a variety of computer skills. We teach everything from the basics of how a computer works, how to use the internet, all the way to using programs like Excel and Microsoft Word. We also sell refurbished computers for as low as $50. Visit our website at http://connectingforgood.org to see more information about free classes and other programs offered.

The computer center includes a classroom and a lab that is open to the public 5 days a week free of charge. Visitors can receive help with common computer tasks such as searching for jobs and resume creation. Classes in computer basics and more advanced computer and software are offered and the space is available for the community.

We have two locations, in Kansas and Missouri. Feel free to stop in and visit!
