This project aims for the Rezoning of our area from B-3.2, commercial, residential to R-7, residential for homes to be built. In many areas, houses are boarded up, past rehabilitation, and need to be torn down and have new homes build in their place.
East 24th Street Improvement Project
The East 24th Street Improvement Project seeks to improve the physical and public safety environment in the 24th Street corridor from Jackson Ave to Van Brunt Boulevard by bringing together property owners, businesses, and institutions to promote housing and business reinvestment in the corridor.
