Project #1: Carnival geared towards kids in the neighborhood. Activities will include fishing demo, fishing derby, mounted patrol, fire trucks, presentation by Lakeside Nature Center, face painting, clowns, games, and food. Project #2: Provide clothing for non-profit to distribute to residents of our community and others in Clay County. Residents will be encouraged to bring used clothing in good condition to the carnival to donate. That clothing along with new clothing purchased by grant funds will have a huge impact on the number of people that Clay County Clothes Closet (CCCC) will be able to serve. CCCC is located within our neighborhood boundaries.
