RefreshKC began in May 2016 as an interior house painting program with the goal of encouraging community involvement. We began in the Blue Hillds neighborhood of Kansas City, MO and in 2017 plan to expand into the NUFA and Tri-Blenhiem neighborhood. In addition, we will ask the homeowner if they would be willing to participate in a community action group to address these needs.
