We need a strong, unified organization to assemble the pieces of the puzzle that REVEAL the treasures of the Historic Northeast community.

This project seeks to prepare a governance structure and administrative model for an organization that can secure resources to implement a unified, comprehensive community development program. We are also aiming to complete a strategic plan for the inaugural years of the new Northeast community development organization.

The outcomes of this work will be by laws, board structure, job descriptions for key personnel, fund development plan, operating procedures for accounting and information technology, coordinated completion for urban planning project for independence ave and completed overall and approved strategic plan.
