Working with community members in each neighborhood, HCA will identify up to three vacant lots to restore and conserve. HCA will work with the Land Bank to secure a lease on the lot. In a series of three workshops, we are leading the community through a planning process to design a restoration project. We will support them in completing the restoration project. The funds will allow the community to implement their plans. We are using the HUD adopted Infill guidebook for planning green infrastructure projects.
