We, the Chouteau Estates Neighborhood Association, are working to create a close knit informal environment in our neighborhood. The Neighborhood Directory Project will directly benefit our neighborhood's crime watch, emergency preparedness, and will continue to make us a more cohesive neighborhood association. The Neighborhood Opportunity Grant awarded to us, by the Community Capital Fund, will support this new neighborhood association's efforts to organize and build capacity through its neighborhood directory.
