House to Home

Our House to Home program provides a long term ownership opportunity for 15 families in the Meadowlark Valley; 8 families in the Riverview neighborhood; and 20 families in the Bethany neighborhood. Because of this program, 43 families, most of whom earn 60% or less of the area median income in Wyandotte, have the opportunity to own beautiful, brand new single family homes through a long term lease purchase program, and through the project, CHWC has been able to invest over 9 million in low to moderate income neighborhoods, generating needed density and property tax revenue for our community. All of those homes are currently occupied by families, and we rarely have a vacancy.
